How to Apply for a Business Term Loan

  • Just print and fill out this Business Loan Application.
  • Gather the Documentation below to make the approval process even quicker.

Loan requests $35,000 and less:

  • Complete copy of the 1040 Income Tax Returns for any Owner of 20% or greater interest in your business, for the past two years, or for any Guarantor offered
  • Broadway Bank Personal Financial Statement (including Cash Flow) for any Principal Owner of 20% or greater interest in your business, or for any Guarantor offered.

Loan requests over $35,000:

  • Business Tax Returns for the past two years
  • Past three years Business Financial Statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements
  • Current Interim Financial Statement
  • Complete copy of the 1040 Income Tax Returns for any Owner of 20% or greater interest in your business, for the past two years, or for any Guarantor offered.
  • Broadway Bank Personal Financial Statement (including Cash Flow) for any Principal Owner of 20% or greater interest in your business, or for any Guarantor offered.

* Submitting an incomplete application or failing to provide the required financial or other information may result in processing delays. Loan subject to credit approval. $100 one-time fee paid at time of loan closing.

  • Partnership Agreement
  • Corporate Borrowing Resolution
  • Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws
  • General Partnership Agreement
  • Limited Partnership Agreement
  • Proprietorship or Assumed Name Certificate
  • Invoice for Equipment to be purchased or equipment listing, including description and valuation
  • Inventory listing, including description and valuation
  • Accounts Receivable aging
