Q: How do I access iBIZ® Online Business Banking?
A: After we have reviewed and approved your application for Online Business Banking, you simply click on the iBIZ® button on Broadway Bank’s home page located at www.broadwaybank.com and enter your User Name and Password.

Q: What accounts will be available or enabled?
A: You can have access to all of your business accounts. You will need to request that all appropriate accounts are viewable when you enroll.

Q. How can I change my Password?
A. You may change your Password at any time once you have accessed your accounts online. From your welcome page you will select your Administration tab located on the main tool bar. From there you will go to Change Password. If you have forgotten your password at the log in page you will be asked to answer one of three personal security questions that you have chosen. The system will then e-mail you a temporary password.
