Step 2: Move your automatic/direct payments and deposits to your new account

Print the appropriate letters provided on this page, complete the information, sign and mail, or deliver to each institution along with a voided check from your new Broadway Bank account.

Change Social Security Payments
If you would like to switch your Social Security payments, do NOT send a letter. Changes
may be made by calling Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213.

To complete the forms above you will need:

• The name and address of the institution
• Your Social Security number or your Account Billing Number (on your latest statement)
• Your old account number and Routing Number
• Your new Broadway account number and Routing Number

Step 3: Close your old account

After all of your automatic transactions have been switched and all of your outstanding checks have cleared notify your old financial institution to close your account and to send you a check for the balance.
